Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We accept exchanges on stocked driftwood and sea glass (custom orders excluded). A 20% restocking fee applies. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return items within 14 days. All return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
When will I get my order?
Each listing includes the estimated timeframe for your order to be crafted or picked for shipping. If you need your order sooner than the listed timeframe, please reach out to us at cherie@mainesaltygirl.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
Where are your products made?
All of our pieces are handcrafted right here in Wells, Maine, using locally sourced driftwood, sea glass, and other beach treasures we collect along the beautiful Maine coast.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. For smaller orders, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and items — you’ll always see the total before purchasing.
